{"id":9131,"date":"2013-09-26T09:38:20","date_gmt":"2013-09-26T07:38:20","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/dev.radioislam.org.za\/wordpress\/2013\/09\/26\/paari-and-moothia-dumpling-recipe-260913\/"},"modified":"2013-09-26T09:38:20","modified_gmt":"2013-09-26T07:38:20","slug":"paari-and-moothia-dumpling-recipe-260913","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/radioislam.org.za\/a\/paari-and-moothia-dumpling-recipe-260913\/","title":{"rendered":"Paari and Moothia Dumpling Recipe (26.09.13)"},"content":{"rendered":"<div align=\"justify\" style=\"font-family: Verdana,Arial,Helvetica,sans-serif; font-size: 12px\">\n<p>Ingredients:<\/p>\n<p>1 kg paapri (mixed one-flat and with seeds)<br \/>2 onions chopped<br \/>1 tsp whole jeeru<br \/>5 tblsp oil<br \/>1 tsp salt<br \/>1 tsp arad<br \/>2 tblsp dry dhana<br \/>2 tblsp green masala<br \/>2 tblsp red masala<br \/>2 bunches spring onions (chopped)<br \/>3 tomatoes (chopped)<\/p>\n<p>Method:<\/p>\n<p>Make a vagaar with jeeru, onions and oil, add spices and masala and braise for a while, add paapri and cook till almost done. Add tomatoes and spring onions and cook further. Make moothias and put on top of paari wit a little water and lemon juice. Steam till moothia is done.
