Allah says in the Holy Quraan:<\/p>\n

\u0648\u064e\u0642\u064e\u0627\u0644\u064e \u0631\u064e\u0628\u0651\u064f\u0643\u064f\u0645\u064f \u0671\u062f\u0652\u0639\u064f\u0648\u0646\u0650\u0649\u0653 \u0623\u064e\u0633\u0652\u062a\u064e\u062c\u0650\u0628\u0652 \u0644\u064e\u0643\u064f\u0645\u0652<\/strong> \u06da<\/strong><\/p>\n

\u201cAnd your Lord says, \u2018Call upon Me; I will respond to you’\u201d [Ghafir 40: 60]<\/p>\n

Before you even begin studying, or sitting for an exam, it is essential that you connect yourself spiritually to Allah \ufdfb. What better way to do that than prayers and duaas?<\/p>\n

We all speak different languages. But the beauty of spirituality crosses all the barriers of language, race and colour. For maintaining a connection with Allah \ufdfb, you don\u2019t specifically need to make duaas in Arabic. We should make duaas in whatever language we are the most comfortable in and feel a stronger connection with Allah \ufdfb.<\/p>\n

However, there are quite a few important duaas Allah \ufdfb mentions in the Quraan specifically for us and many more that our beloved Prophet \ufdfa has mentioned in his Sunnah. We should gain benefit from them as well.<\/p>\n

Here are a few of those golden duaas for exams, studies, interviews or any other sort of trial you are going through.<\/p>\n

Remember: No examiner is too big in front of Allah. And no exam is bigger than life itself.<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. a) Duas for gaining knowledge:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Allah says in the Quraan:<\/p>\n

    \u201cO my Sustainer! Open up my heart and make my task easy for me, and loosen the knot from my tongue so that they might fully understand my speech.\u201d\u00a0 [TaHa 20: 25 – 28]<\/p>\n

    Allah teaches us in the Quraan:<\/p>\n

    \u201cMy Lord Increase me in knowledge.\u201d [TaHa 20: 114]<\/p>\n

    \u201cMy Lord, grant me wisdom, join me with the righteous; give me a good name among later generations; make me one of those given the Garden of Bliss.\u201d [Ash-Shu\u2019ara 26: 83 – 85]<\/p>\n

    \u201cGlory be to You, we have no knowledge except what You have taught us. Verily, it is You, the All-Knower, the All-Wise.\u201d [Baqarah 2: 32]<\/p>\n

    1. b) Duaa for studying something difficult:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      The Prophet \ufdfa advised us to recite the following duaa in any time of trials. We can read this duaa for exams, studies, or for any other type of trials that we are facing.<\/p>\n

      \u201cO Allah, nothing is easy except what You make easy. And if You wish, You make the difficult easy.\u201d [Hisnul Muslim]<\/p>\n

      1. c) Duaas when suffering from stress, tension or anxiety:<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        The Prophet \ufdfa said that one should recite the following duaa for exams, studies, or in any other times of stress or trials.<\/p>\n

        \u201cO Allah! Certainly, I seek refuge in you from concern and grief and I seek refuge in you from inability and laziness, and I seek refuge in you from cowardice and miserliness and I seek refuge in you from the overpowering of debts and from the subjection of man.\u201d [Bukhari]<\/p>\n

        1. d) Dua for exams (before or during exam):<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

          Allah says in the Quraan:<\/p>\n
