It is through Salah that Allah nurtures us spiritually, allowing us to detach from worldly distractions and immerse ourselves in His remembrance. It is a constant reminder that we are never alone, that we are under the care of our Lord, and that our hearts find true peace in His presence. Allah says:<\/p>\n<p>\u0648\u064e\u0623\u064e\u0642\u0650\u0645\u0650 \u0671\u0644\u0635\u0651\u064e\u0644\u064e\u0648\u0670\u0629\u064e \u0644\u0650\u0630\u0650\u0643\u0652\u0631\u0650\u0649\u0653<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAnd establish prayer for My remembrance.\u201d (Taha 20: 14)<\/p>\n<p>This verse highlights that Salah is not merely a duty but a means of divine connection, a practice that fosters remembrance, guidance, and spiritual growth for the one who is truly seeking a connection with his Lord.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong> Salah as a Direct Connection with Allah<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Unlike other forms of communication, Salah is an unfiltered, personal dialogue with Allah. When we stand in prayer, we are standing before our Creator, speaking to Him directly. The discipline of Salah naturally nurtures these qualities.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong> The Spiritual Elevation of Sujood (Prostration)<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>One of the most profound aspects of Salah is Sujood, where we lower ourselves in humility before Allah. Paradoxically, the lowest physical position is the highest spiritual state. The Prophet \ufdfa said:<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0623\u064e\u0642\u0652\u0631\u064e\u0628\u064f \u0645\u064e\u0627 \u064a\u064e\u0643\u064f\u0648\u0646\u064f \u0627\u0644\u0652\u0639\u064e\u0628\u0652\u062f\u064f \u0645\u0650\u0646\u0652 \u0631\u064e\u0628\u0651\u0650\u0647\u0650 \u0648\u064e\u0647\u064f\u0648\u064e \u0633\u064e\u0627\u062c\u0650\u062f\u064c \u0641\u064e\u0623\u064e\u0643\u0652\u062b\u0650\u0631\u064f\u0648\u0627 \u0627\u0644\u062f\u0651\u064f\u0639\u064e\u0627\u0621\u064e<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe closest that a servant comes to his Lord is during Sujood, so increase supplication.\u201d (Muslim 482)<\/p>\n<p><em>How Sujood nurtures spirituality:<\/em><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>It deepens humility, removing arrogance from the heart.<\/li>\n<li>It strengthens submission to Allah\u2019s will, increasing faith.<\/li>\n<li>It provides a moment of personal supplication, where our innermost thoughts and desires are shared with Allah.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Sujood increases blood circulation to the brain, improving cognitive function. From a spiritual perspective, it aligns with how prayer sharpens clarity and mindfulness.<\/p>\n<p>Salah is far more than a duty\u2014it is a gift of divine connection, peace, purification, discipline, humility, and protection. Through Salah, Allah nurtures us spiritually, reminding us that true fulfilment is found in His presence.
