As the Creator, He not only gives life but also nurtures it, granting the body resilience and the ability to heal. Sickness is not merely a physical challenge, but a test, a purification, and a means of drawing closer to Him.<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong> The Body\u2019s Resilience: A Divine Gift<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Allah has designed the human body with an incredible ability to heal and recover. Every cell, organ, and system is a testament to His power and wisdom. Allah says in the Holy Qur\u2019an:<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0648\u064e\u0641\u0650\u064a \u0623\u064e\u0646\u0641\u064f\u0633\u0650\u0643\u064f\u0645\u0652 \u06da \u0623\u064e\u0641\u064e\u0644\u064e\u0627 \u062a\u064f\u0628\u0652\u0635\u0650\u0631\u064f\u0648\u0646\u064e<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;And in your own selves. Then will you not see?&#8221; (Ad Dhariyat 51: 21)<\/p>\n<p>This verse encourages reflection on how our bodies function \u2014 how wounds close, how fevers fight infection, and how immunity develops over time.<\/p>\n<p>The immune system fights disease through a sophisticated network of cells and antibodies that recognize and destroy harmful invaders.<\/p>\n<p>White blood cells and T-cells work to attack and neutralize viruses and bacteria, showing how Allah has placed resilience within us.<\/p>\n<p>Allah, in His wisdom, has built the body with an automatic defence system, enabling it to fight illness and recover.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"2\">\n<li><strong> Illness as a Test and Mercy from Allah<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Sickness is a test, but it is also an opportunity for purification and spiritual elevation. Allah says:<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0648\u064e\u0644\u064e\u0646\u064e\u0628\u0652\u0644\u064f\u0648\u064e\u0646\u0651\u064e\u0643\u064f\u0645 \u0628\u0650\u0634\u064e\u064a\u0652\u0621\u064d \u0645\u0651\u0650\u0646\u064e \u0671\u0644\u0652\u062e\u064e\u0648\u0652\u0641\u0650 \u0648\u064e\u0671\u0644\u0652\u062c\u064f\u0648\u0639\u0650 \u0648\u064e\u0646\u064e\u0642\u0652\u0635\u064d \u0645\u0651\u0650\u0646\u064e \u0671\u0644\u0652\u0623\u064e\u0645\u0652\u0648\u064e\u0670\u0644\u0650 \u0648\u064e\u0671\u0644\u0652\u0623\u064e\u0646\u0641\u064f\u0633\u0650 \u0648\u064e\u0671\u0644\u062b\u0651\u064e\u0645\u064e\u0631\u064e\u0670\u062a\u0650 \u06d7 \u0648\u064e\u0628\u064e\u0634\u0651\u0650\u0631\u0650 \u0671\u0644\u0635\u0651\u064e\u0670\u0628\u0650\u0631\u0650\u064a\u0646\u064e<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;And We will surely test you with something of fear and hunger and a loss of wealth and lives and fruits, but give good tidings to the patient.&#8221; (Baqarah 2: 155)<\/p>\n<p>Sickness is a part of life\u2019s trials, and patience during it brings great rewards.<\/p>\n<p>The Prophet \ufdfa said:<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0645\u064e\u0627 \u064a\u064f\u0635\u0650\u064a\u0628\u064f \u0627\u0644\u0652\u0645\u064f\u0633\u0652\u0644\u0650\u0645\u064e \u0645\u0650\u0646\u0652 \u0646\u064e\u0635\u064e\u0628\u064d\u060c \u0648\u064e\u0644\u064e\u0627 \u0648\u064e\u0635\u064e\u0628\u064d\u060c \u0648\u064e\u0644\u064e\u0627 \u0647\u064e\u0645\u0651\u064d\u060c \u0648\u064e\u0644\u064e\u0627 \u062d\u064f\u0632\u0652\u0646\u064d\u060c \u0648\u064e\u0644\u064e\u0627 \u0623\u064e\u0630\u064b\u0649\u060c \u0648\u064e\u0644\u064e\u0627 \u063a\u064e\u0645\u0651\u064d\u060c \u062d\u064e\u062a\u0651\u064e\u0649 \u0627\u0644\u0634\u0651\u064e\u0648\u0652\u0643\u064e\u0629\u0650 \u064a\u064f\u0634\u064e\u0627\u0643\u064f\u0647\u064e\u0627\u060c \u0625\u0650\u0644\u0651\u064e\u0627 \u0643\u064e\u0641\u0651\u064e\u0631\u064e \u0627\u0644\u0644\u0651\u064e\u0647\u064f \u0628\u0650\u0647\u064e\u0627 \u0645\u0650\u0646\u0652 \u062e\u064e\u0637\u064e\u0627\u064a\u064e\u0627\u0647\u064f<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;No fatigue, nor disease, nor sorrow, nor sadness, nor hurt, nor distress befalls a Muslim, even if it were the prick he receives from a thorn, but that Allah expiates some of his sins for that.&#8221; (Bukhari 5641, Muslim 2573)<\/p>\n<p>This shows that even minor illnesses bring spiritual benefits, cleansing sins and bringing a person closer to Allah.<\/p>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li><strong> Seeking Treatment: A Sunnah and a Command<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>While Allah is the ultimate Healer (Ash-Shafi), Islam encourages seeking treatment and using available remedies.<\/p>\n<p>The Prophet \ufdfa said:<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0625\u0650\u0646\u0651\u064e \u0627\u0644\u0644\u0651\u064e\u0647\u064e \u0623\u064e\u0646\u0652\u0632\u064e\u0644\u064e \u0627\u0644\u062f\u0651\u064e\u0627\u0621\u064e \u0648\u064e\u0627\u0644\u062f\u0651\u064e\u0648\u064e\u0627\u0621\u064e\u060c \u0648\u064e\u062c\u064e\u0639\u064e\u0644\u064e \u0644\u0650\u0643\u064f\u0644\u0651\u0650 \u062f\u064e\u0627\u0621\u064d \u062f\u064e\u0648\u064e\u0627\u0621\u064b\u060c \u0641\u064e\u062a\u064e\u062f\u064e\u0627\u0648\u064e\u0648\u0652\u0627\u060c \u0648\u064e\u0644\u064e\u0627 \u062a\u064e\u062f\u064e\u0627\u0648\u064e\u0648\u0652\u0627 \u0628\u0650\u062d\u064e\u0631\u064e\u0627\u0645\u064d<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Allah has sent down disease and the cure, and He has made for every disease a cure. So seek treatment, but do not seek treatment in what is forbidden.&#8221; (Abi Dawood)<\/p>\n<p>This hadith emphasizes that medicine is part of Allah\u2019s plan for healing and that relying on treatment is a form of trust in Him.<\/p>\n<p>The Prophet \ufdfa recommended various natural remedies for healing, such as:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Honey: &#8220;In it is a cure for people.&#8221; (Qur\u2019an 16: 69)<\/li>\n<li>Black Seed: &#8220;It contains a cure for every disease except death.&#8221; (Bukhari 5688)<\/li>\n<li>Cupping (Hijama): The Prophet \ufdfa practiced and recommended it for various ailments.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li><strong> Dua and Tawakkul (Reliance on Allah) During Illness<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>While medicine is important, the greatest source of healing is Allah\u2019s mercy. Believers are encouraged to pray for healing while seeking medical help.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0648\u064e\u0625\u0650\u0630\u064e\u0627 \u0645\u064e\u0631\u0650\u0636\u0652\u062a\u064f \u0641\u064e\u0647\u064f\u0648\u064e \u064a\u064e\u0634\u0652\u0641\u0650\u064a\u0646\u0650<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;And when I am ill, it is He who cures me.&#8221; (Ash Shuara 26: 80)<\/p>\n<p>When visiting the sick, the Prophet \ufdfa would say:<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0623\u064e\u0630\u0652\u0647\u0650\u0628\u0650 \u0627\u0644\u0652\u0628\u064e\u0627\u0633\u064e\u060c \u0631\u064e\u0628\u0651\u064e \u0627\u0644\u0646\u0651\u064e\u0627\u0633\u0650\u060c \u0648\u064e\u0627\u0634\u0652\u0641\u0650 \u0623\u064e\u0646\u0652\u062a\u064e \u0627\u0644\u0634\u0651\u064e\u0627\u0641\u0650\u064a\u060c \u0644\u064e\u0627 \u0634\u0650\u0641\u064e\u0627\u0621\u064e \u0625\u0650\u0644\u0651\u064e\u0627 \u0634\u0650\u0641\u064e\u0627\u0624\u064f\u0643\u064e\u060c \u0634\u0650\u0641\u064e\u0627\u0621\u064b \u0644\u064e\u0627 \u064a\u064f\u063a\u064e\u0627\u062f\u0650\u0631\u064f \u0633\u064e\u0642\u064e\u0645\u064b\u0627<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Remove the harm, O Lord of the people, and heal, for You are the Healer.
