Wet hands slightly and roll into balls. Fry in shallow oil in a non-stick pan until lightly browned all round.<br \/>\nRemove to a casserole dish.<\/p>\n<p>To make the sauce:<br \/>\n3 tbsp butter<br \/>\n1 tbsp lemon juice<br \/>\n1 tsp garlic (optional)<br \/>\nSalt and pepper to taste<br \/>\n125ml fresh cream or long life cream<br \/>\nPinch of dried herbs (optional)<\/p>\n<p>Heat butter, lemon juice and garlic together.
