Pioneering Scholars of Shaam<\/strong><\/p>\n

Imam al-Awzaa\u2019i \u0631\u062d\u0645\u0629 \u0627\u0644\u0644\u0647 \u0639\u0644\u064a\u0647<\/em><\/p>\n

Based in Beirut, he was one of the earliest Islamic jurists and a major authority in hadith.<\/p>\n

Founder of the Awzaa\u2019i school of law, which was widely followed in Shaam, Andalusia, and North Africa before the spread of the Shafi\u2019i and Maliki madh\u0101hib.<\/p>\n

His legacy was continued by his student Ibn al-Qayyim al-Jawziyyah, another towering figure from Shaam.<\/p>\n

One of the most prominent historians and hadith scholars of Damascus.<\/p>\n

His work is an invaluable record of the scholarly legacy of the region.<\/p>\n

Shaykh Muhammad al-Yaqoubi \u2013 A contemporary Syrian scholar, known globally for his classical training, spiritual depth, and commitment to traditional Islamic knowledge.<\/p>\n
