To beat cold of winters, a hot cup of fuming ginger tea is enough. Ginger is the most commonly used ingredient around the world in all the cuisines of this planet. Our meals are just incomplete without this flavorful and fragrant ingredient. Ginger is not only used for its flavorful properties but also it is used due to health benefits. I personally like ginger root’s flavor so much that I use it in most of my recipes.

Loaded with Vitamin C, magnesium and other minerals, ginger root is packed with extremely beneficial and healthy nutrients. In addition, ginger tea is commonly taken with peppermint, lemon and honey, and they also have their own nutritional importance.
