A collection of diabetes home remedies

Diabetes is a condition when the body has high level of blood glucose and the excretion of the excess glucose in the urine. It is a chronic nutritional disorder. In this case, the body is unable to break the sugar levels and also cannot produce insulin. While the former causes excess of sugar level in the blood, the latter is concerned loss of energy. Diabetes is gradually emerging out as a big problem in the world at large.

 

I am diabetic for last 8 years. when I was of 28. I used so many home remedies for diabetes, this one is very effective. Just try this out & let me know whether it worked for you or not.

Ingredients:
1 – Wheat flour 100 gm
2 – Gum(of tree) (gondh) 100 gm
3 – Barley 100 gm
4 – Black Seeds (kalunji) 100 gm


Method of Preparation Put all the above ingredients in 5 cups of water.
Boil it for 10 minutes and put off the stove. Allow it to cool down by itself.
When it has become cold, filter out the seeds and preserve the water in a
glass jug or bottle.


How to use it?
Take one small cup of this water every day early morning when your stomach is empty.
Continue this for 7 days.

 

Next week repeat the same but on alternate days. With these 2 weeks of treatment you will wonder to see that you have become normal and can eat normal food without problem.

 

Extremely good home remedy for diabetes is Bitter gourd -Karela, which proved useful in controlling diabetes. For stronger outcomes, the diabetics had better consume the juice of four or five Bitter gourds every morning on an empty stomach.

 

Diabetes can be controlled by consuming fenugreek seeds. It is soaked in about a glass full of water and left overnight. Now these seeds are crushed and sieved from a fine cloth. Now this mixture is being drunk to se the wonderful result in 2 months

 

Onion- Take a large onion. After peeling it boil it in the milk. Keep it over flame until the onion became soft. Now, eat the onion. The home remedy for diabetes is beneficial for diabetes if this is tried twice a month. Once can be taken in the starting of the month and second time it can be taken at the end of the month.

 

Garlic – Garlic is very helpful, for the patients of diabetes. One can have raw garlic on regular basis or take capsules having garlic extract.

 

Tender curry leaves (fresh) twice a day. Scientists believe that the Indian curry leaf – an ingredient in many curry dishes and used in traditional Indian healing, may contain agents that slow down the rate of starch-to-glucose breakdown in people with diabetes. The tree's leaves could control the amount of glucose entering the bloodstream.

 

Drink 1 litre of cinnamon water daily. Cinnamon contains a chemical that helps to use blood sugar naturally in body. Add 3 table spoon of cinnamon to 1 litre of boiling water. Simmer for 20 minutes in a low flame, and then strain the mixture.

 

A teaspoon of black cumin seeds (kulunji) to be boiled in a glass of water, till it reduces to half. If taken regularly, it helps to control the blood sugar.
