Requirments:
6 Dry Red Chillies (Soak over night in water)
6 Cloves Garlic
1/4 Cup Vinegar
1/4 Cup Tamarind Juice
Salt to taste
1 Tbsp. Oil
1 Tsp. Mustard Seeds
Method:
- Liquidise Garlic and Chillies with Vinegar until a very smooth sauce result.
- Add tamarind and salt to sauce.
mix very well - Fry Mustard Seeds in oil and when they stop spluttering add to chutney.
- Cool and bottle tightly.
Serve with dry meats and saouries.Variation:
Add Tomato Sauce to Chutney.Absolutely Delicious
