4-6 pieces chicken fillet
Small tin nestle cream 155g
½ tsp crushed jeera
½ tsp garlic paste
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
Salt to taste
2oz butter cut into thin strips
Method:
Slice fillet horizon tally like butterfly and tenderize the rough side of fillet slightly. Mix all above ingredients in a bowl. Smear on tenderized side put the thin strip of butter and roll it like a swiss roll. Press a toothpick to hold. Roll in four and freez for 2 hours. Then dip in egg and breadcrumbs and fry in deep oil on medium heat until golden brown. Serve with red badaam chutney.
