Ingredients :
250g butter
3 tblsp water
1 cup chopped almonds
1 ½ cups sugar
1 ½ tblsp liquid glucose
milky bar or plain chocolate
Method :
– Mix all ingredients together and boil until caramelised
– Pour onto baking tray, or smooth out on a marble slab with a marble rolling pin
– When cold spread with milky bar or plain chocolate
– Allow to set
– Cut or break into desired shapes
