1x @mccain_sa aloo tikki
Pack of mini burger buns/naan
Lettuce
Red onion slices
Sliced cheese
Green chutney ( any kind+ mixed with Mayo)
Method:
Deep fry/ Air fry your aloo tikka for 3-5 minutes till crisp. Assemble it on a tray, placing your bun first, green chutney on the base, lettuce, aloo Tikki , cheese, red onion and then abit more sauce. Close up and bake in the oven for 5 minutes till cheese melts and bun gets abit crisp! Hope you enjoy these as much as I did!
