1 chicken
2 cup basmity rice
2 cups water
½ cup olive oil
¼ cup olive oil
2 potatoes
1 branjal
1 small cauliflower
2 onions
½ tsp arad
1 Tbsp whole jeero
1 Tbsp fine garlic
1 Tbsp whole red chilies
1 Tbsp green chilies
1 tsp all spice
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp origanum
Method:
Add olive oil into a pot with jeero and slice onions and braise for 5 minutes. Then add chicken and braise for 5 minutes, add arad, garlic, red, green chilies and all spice, origanum and black pepper and water. Boil your rice ½ way than strain and leave aside. Cook chicken for 20 minutes with the ingredients and leave aside.
Cut onions in slices and fry for 3 minutes then strain and put aside in a tray. The fry your potatoes cut in small blocks and fry till not very soft, put aside in the same tray, cut branjal in small blocks fry and put in same tray.
Take 30cm pot add ¼ cup olive oil, take 2 handfuls of the cooked rice then you sprinkle in pot, then you sprinkle your onions then potatoes then branjals take one by one chicken at a time and put on top of the veggies then throw your gravy on top of the chicken.
Add balance of the rice on top cook for an hour
Take a round tray once done and turn pot over.
