500g chicken pieces or small sized mutton chops
1 tsp ginger garlic
Salt, red chilles and crushed jeera to taste
¼ tsp tumeric
1 Tbsp Yoghurt
2 Tbsp lemon juice
1 egg beaten
Method:
1. Merinate meat in the above ingredients for a few hours.
2. Roll the meat in the breadcrumbs and place them in a greased casserole. Pour the left over marinade over the meat. Dot with butter and oil.
3. Cover casserole with foil and bake at 180°C for 40 to 60 minutes ( mutton will take longer) so lower heat and continue baking till tender.
4. Remove foil and place under the grill to get crisp.
