2 Large butternuts
1 tsp salt
1tsp cinnamon
1 tsp jeeru
1 tsp ginger
Melted butter
6 Tbsp til
Extra butter
Peel butternuts into 2cm thick dishes
Brush each disc with melted butter and dip in pices
Press til on the butternuts
Arrange on baking tray with baking paper , not touching each other
Add more butter and allow to melt.
