 Banana and Date Smoothie

1 ripe banana

5 dates , remove pits

1 and half cup Almond Milk

1/4 tsp cinnamon

1 cup ice

Blend all the ingredients in a blender for 50 to 60 seconds

Pour into glasses and serve

The recipe is best made with Medjool dates .
