INGREDIENTS:
500g butter / margarine
1 cup oil
2 cups icing sugar
2 cups maizena
+- 5-6 cups flour
Pecans / almonds/ Pistachio
METHOD:
Beat butter and sugar until well creamed and white in colour.Butter should be at room temperature. Add in the remaining ingredients to make soft dough. Using a nozzle, form into shapes. Bake at 180C for +-25 minutes.
