1 cup methi bhaji
1 cup creamstyle sweetcorn
8 whole green chillies
2 eggs
1 onion (chopped)
½ cup milk
½ cup cake flour
½ tsp arad
2 ½ tsp b.powder
1 tsp salt
3 tsp tal
1 tsp jeeru
½ cup oil
1 tblsp fresh dhana
Wash and chop bhaji leaves, drain well, blend the corn, chillies, eggs, onion and milk in a liquidizer. Empty into a dish, sift dry ingredients into corn mixture and mix well, lightly stir in bhaji, oil and dhana. Pour into a greased ovenproof dish and bake in a moderate oven for about an hour or until skewer comes out clean, cool, cut into squares and serve.
