RECIPE COURTESY SAKINA KADER
Ingredients:
500g beef mince or any of your choice
Salt
Pepper
Mix the mince with salt & pepper to your preferences.
You will require the mini tortilla wraps, but if you don’t have these, then you can cut smaller circles from the bigger ones.
The Big Mac Sauce:
1 Cup mayo, I used the B well Nola brand, the white one
3 TBLS tomato sauce
2 TBLS mustard sauce, and if you don’t have mustard sauce like me, then use 2 TBLS mustard powder 4 TBLS chopped pickles, I used 2 TBLS @aminaswonderspiceza_
Green chilli paste (lol, you know our desi girl version)
1/2 TBLS white vinegar
1 tsp sugar
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
1/4 tsp white pepper
Mix all together in a jar or bowl.
Chop some lettuce & white onion.
Keep your sliced cheese ready, and if you don’t have sliced cheese, then use grated cheese…it’s the same thing.
Now take your mini wrap, press the raw mince thinly on the wrap in a circle covering all the edges.
Fry it in some shallow oil facing the mince down for 3 minutes.
Flip it over and add the cheese, fry for 2 min, and remove it from the pan.
Sprinkle with the lettuce and onion and some pickles… If you don’t like pickles, then don’t add it to the taco
Add the prepared sauce.
Enjoy while it is warm.
