Ingredients
½ kg chicken mince
3 slices bread (white or brown)
Magimix the following:
1 tblsp green masala
1 tsp salt
1 onion (grated and water squeezed out)
Green dhana
Mix together and add 1/4 cup oil.
Butter mixture
1/4 cup soft butter
1/2 cup grated cheese
Green chutney
Method
Mix together, layer in Pyrex and freeze. Form kebabs and put a cube of butter mixture in the centre, dip in egg and crumbs, put into a foil cup and bake till done.
