Ingredients
1 kg kingklip
3 tsp fish masala
1 tsp black pepper
½ tsp white pepper
2 tsp mayyonaise
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp sliced green chillies
2 tblsp olive oil
2 tblsp lemon juice
salt to taste
chopped chives
Method
Add all the ingredients to the kingklip. Marinate and dip in flour. Pan fry with 2 tblsp oil/ghee
