Ingredients
5 cups(250ml) cake flour
250g butter or margarine
2 cups cold or luke warm water
Salt to taste
In a bowl add
Flour, salt and water
Knead into a soft dough
Leave aside for 20 minutes
After 20 minutes
Make 10 equal balls
Roll out thin size of a side plate
Spread butter on equally all over rolled out dough
Roll upwards from bottom into long sausage shape
When all is done set aside for ten minutes
Take one at a time
Stretch it out long without
Breaking the sausage shape
Roll the left end inwards to the middle
Then the right end outwards until it forms a s-shape
Put on top of each other
Refrigerate for 15 min
Roll out and fry until golden brown on both sides Enjoy!!!
