1 cup malaai
¼ cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 jumbo eggs
4 tsp baking powder
+/- 2 ½ cups flour
¼ cup coconut optional
Method :
Beat malaai with sugar. Add remaining ingredients and make a soft dough. Roll out +/- 1cm thick, cut into rounds and brush top with milk. Bake at 200 degrees for +/- 10 min or until golden brown.
