300ml fresh cream
1 tin ideal milk
140g sugar
175g dessicated coconut

Method:
Place ideal milk in the freezer overnight
In the morning in the blender pour in the fresh cream and blend until frothy- about 15 min.
Open the ideal milk which is frozen and gradually scrape the milk and add a spoonful at a time while the machine is still on .
Continue doing this until all the milk has been thoroughly blended.
Add the sugar and the flavouring of your choice and continue blending for another 10 min.
Fast freeze if possible in plastic or Tupperware containers and when frozen it is ready to eat.
ALTERNATIVE FLAVOURING:
a- Mint essence – with a hint of green coloring.
b- Mango pulp – with a hint of orange coloring.
c- ½ cup ground almonds and ¼ cup ground pista.
d- Strawberry puree- with few drops of red coloring delicately mixed in before mixing giving a two tone effect.
