2 cups finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons ghee
1 teaspoon fine salt
1 cup whole kernel corn
1 cup grated gouda cheese
? cup green onions chopped
1 cup grated pecorino cheese
1 level teaspoon white pepper
Freshly chopped dhana leaves
1 teaspoon green ground chillies
1. Saut? onions in ghee until soft.
2. Remove from stove and leave to cool.
3. Add remaining ingredients and fill parr for samoosa.
