ingredients
500g chicken breasts
1 tsp salt or to taste
¼ tsp crushed black pepper
¼ tsp jeera/cumin powder
1 tsp ginger garlic masala
½ tsp crushed green chillies or to taste
4 tblsp nestle cream.. fresh cream can also be used
2 tblsp lemon juice
2 eggs beaten
½ cup breadcrumbs
¼ cup flour
oil for deep frying
Method
Cut chicken into small cubes. add all the spices, lemon juice and cream except the eggs. Allow to marinate for an hour or overnight. put the cubes onto cocktail sticks. First roll into white flour and then dip in the beaten egg and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Deep fry until golden brown. serve hot as a starter or as a savoury.
