Chicken filling for pies

This recipe was shared by Marhooma Aunty Khatija Ebrahim  while co-hosting the Household Express program with me..

Make vagaar with ghee only. Marinate chicken fillet with green masala, salt, chicken spice, salt and mustard powder. Cook chicken with all these ingredients then add about 2 tblsp if sago which u soak in water for a while Lastly add green chutney ,mustard sauce and lemon juice  Cut greens and fill pies
