Chicken Lollies (28.08.07)

 

1 kilo chicken mince

½ loaf brown bread – soaked + draned

1 cup frozen peas

¾ cup sweet corn or ½ cup mix veg

1 green pepper

1 red pepper

1 onion

1 potato

1 ½ tsp salt

1 tsp fine dhana

1 tsp fine jeeru

Lemon pepper

Fine green masala to taste

 

Method:

Shred all ingredients in magimix. Drain excess water.

Add remaining ingredients and mix well or put everything through mincer.

Fold kebab mixture around lolly sticks, dip in bread crumbs and bake in oven, freeze dip in egg & fry.

Fry in shallow oil on low heat.

Serve with chips and freshly baked rolls.
