1 Cup Chicken fillet – cubed
1 Tsp Salt
3 Tsps Green Masala
½ Tsp Black Pepper
1 Tbls Ghee
Cook chicken with all the above
Step Two
2 Eggs beaten
1 Tblsp Cake Flour
½ Tomato cubed
¼ Onion cubed
½ Green Pepper cubed
1 Cup grated cheese (1/2 cup works just as well)
Mix all the above together
Lastly add ½ tsp baking powder and combine steps 1 & 2
Spoon out into round silver foil cups and bake in a preheated oven on 180 degrees until light brown for approximately 20 mins.
