1⁄2 kg Chicken fillets cubed (medium-sized)
salt to taste
1⁄2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon. barbecue spice
1 tablespoon. garlic flakes
1⁄2 tablespoon. ground green chillies
1 tablespoon. fine red chillies
1⁄2 tablespoon. origanum
1⁄2 tablespoon. mixed herbs
2 tablespoon. oil
2 tablespoon. mayonnaise
2 tablespoon tomato sauce
1⁄4 cup fresh lemon juice
Method
Marinate all of the above overnight. Tread pieces of chicken fillets on a skewer alternating with cubed green peppers, cubed tomatoes, cubed onions & cubed pineapple. 3.Grease an oven tray with little oil and bake at 180*C until water dries up. 4. our the following. sauce over sosaties
before serving:
2 tablespoon. butter
1 teaspoon. freshly ground garlic
2 tablespoon. fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon. Worcester sauce
1 tablespoon. Chilli sauce
1 tablespoon. Tomato sauce
1 teaspoon. Aromat
1 teaspoon. sugar
1 teaspoon. fine red chilies
1⁄2 cup fresh cream
I omitted the cream in the sauce. Boil all of the above until a thick consistency & pour hot over sosaties
