500g chicken cubes
300g potatoes
1 onion diced
2 Tbsp soya sauce
2 tsp hot chilli powder
½ tsp black pepper
Juice of 2 lemons
1 bunch fresh coriander
1 Tbsp butter
½ tsp salt
Boil potatoes, peel and mash and leave aside. Brais onions in butter until soft, add chicken and all spices and cook until done. Cool then add mash potato and chopped coriander, mix well. Shape into fingers and flatten slightly. Dip in egg and breadcrumbs. Freeze or fry in hot oil.
