4 slices bread
2 eggs
¾ cup milk
2 cups raw chicken mince
½ tsp crushed black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp green chillies
1 tsp garlic
Oil beaten eggs
Method:
Liquidise the bread, eggs and milk together.
Mix all the ingredients together
Pour into greased Pyrex and bake at 180C for +- 30 minutes.
Cut into squares. Dip in egg and fry in shallow oil.
