Ingredients

2 cups flour

1 tsp baking powder

230g melted butter

2 cups white sugar

2 large eggs

1 tsp Vanilla Extract/essence

2 cups chocolate chips

Method
Preheat oven to 190 degrees. In a medium bowl combine together the flour, baking powder, sugar, eggs, butter and vanilla essence. Once a smooth dough is formed fold in the chocolate chips. Scoop out cooking balls dough using an ice cream scoop. Flatten the dough into small circles and bake for 12 minutes. Remove from oven and leave to cool before decorating.
