Ingredients
100g Lindt chocolate of choice
50 ml milk
200ml double cream
100g strawberries
Method
Melt chocolate & let it cool down
Heat milk until it boils
Whisk in cool chocolate
Whip 150 ml of cream till soft peak stage
And fold into chocolate mixture
Spoon mixture into dessert bowls
Add whipped cream & strawberries
Allow to set in fridge.
Serves 4
