250g chicken fillet 0 cubed
3 eggs
1 large packet noodles
1 small cabbage- shredded
1 red pepper, cut into strips
1 green pepper, cut into strips
1 bunch spring onions- chopped.
2 carrots thin strips
1 tsp salt
2 tsp white pepper
6 Tbsp soy sauce
Sauce:
Liquidize together
2 Tbsp fresh ground garlic
4 Tbsp green Crushed chillies
1 Tbsp Sugar
¼ cup vinegar
¼ cup water
Method:
1. Heat oil in a a pot
2. Make 2 omelets with eggs in the pot
3. Cut into strips and put aside
4. Put more oil into pot
5. Braise chicken with salt, garlic and chillies
6. Add all vegetables and cook till done
7. Sprinkle pepper over and mix well
8. Add omelet strips and mix well
9. Boil noodles for 2 3 minutes only
10. Add to chicken and vegetable mixture
11. Pour over soy sauce and ¼ cup water
12. Steam, well
13. Serve with sauce.
