Versatile Baking Powder Dough
Perfect for..Pizza base..Foccacia..garlick naan
Use as a pita..quick and easy..tasty too
2 cups sifted all purpose flour

Half tsp salt
Half tsp sugar
Half tsp garlic salt
Half tsp dry herbs
4 tblsp oil
3 tsp full baking powder
Rub in method
Add 4 tblsp plain yoghurt
Some maas

Some milk to bind a soft dough. Rest dough few minutes. Pre heat oven. Make 16 to 20 balls. Place on tray..bake 5 min
Roll thickness depending on what u want to make. Pre-bake ..and put under grill as needed
