¾ CUP CASTOR SUGAR
1 TSP VANILLA ESSENCE
2 EGGS
2 TSP BAKING POWDER
1 CUP COCONUT
½ CUP CHOPPED NUTS
1 ½ CUP CHOPPED DATES
2 ½ CUPS CAKE FLOUR
METHOD
MIX BUTTER, VANILLA ESSENCE AND SUGAR UNTIL SMOOTH. BEAT IN EGGS, THEN ADD REST OF INGREDIENTS AND MAKE A SOFT DOUGH. ROLL OUT SCRAPE WITH FORK AND CUT OUT SHAPES OF CHOICE USING BISCUIT CUTTERS. PLACE ON TRAY AND BAKE AT 180c UNTIL LIGHT BROWN. WHEN BISCUITS ARE COLD DRIZZLE MELTED CHOCALATE AND SPRINKLE HUNDREDS AND THOUSANDS ON TOP.
