INGREDIENTS:
125G butter
2¼ cups sugar
¼ tsp salt
3 tsp baking powder
250 ml fresh cream
1egg white
Sugar (for sprinkling)
METHOD:
Rub together the butter and flour. Then add in the sugar, salt and baking powder. Make dough with fresh cream. Roll out and cut with a pretzel cutter. Brush over with egg white and sprinkle with lots of sugar. Bake at 160C for -+ 10 minutes. Then allow to crisp at 100C till pink in colour.
