1 whole chicken cut up marinate over night or few hours with
1 tsp garlic
2 tsp salt
1 tsp lemon pepper
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp pure spice ginger garlic masala
1 tsp crushed red chillies
1/4 tsp tumeric
2TB lemon juice
1 tsp dried Origanum
1/4C coimbra sauce available at delta superette
2TB ghee
Place in oven tray cover with foil and bake for 45mins on 180C. Remove add your Slap Chips. I also generally add Lahore kebabs from jolly meats. I grill it in the oven with lemon and olive oil and throw in the chicken once it’s cooked
Sauce
Add 1/2 to 1 bottle Coimbra sauce
1/4C fresh cream
1tsp origanum
Mix well and throw over your chicken and chips top with fresh parsley and crush red Chilli. Before serving open foil. Place in oven on high grill till nicely charred takes about 20mins. Serve with pita and pita pane
