COMBINE THE BREADCRUMBS WITH THE ABOVE SPICES. DIP MUSHROOMS IN BEATEN EGGS AND DIP IN BREADCRUMBS AND FRY IN HOT OIL UNTIL GOLDEN BROWN.

MIX TOGETHER ½ CUP EACH OF STEERS GARLIC SAUCE AND PLAIN YOGHURT.
