Ashraf arrived to South Africa in 2017. He currently resides here in Standerton, Mpumalanga. He is the Muazzin of Masjid e Mustapha. From time to time he serves as the imaam of the Mosque. Ashraf is truly a gem of a person. He always walks up to greet every musallee with the biggest smile on his face. He is one of the most humble person that one will come across.

When Ashraf gives the Azaan, it's almost as if one is in the Mubarak lands of Makkah or Madinah. His voice is so remarkable Masha Allah. It is definitely the best azaan our town has ever heard. We say this with the greatest of respect and honour to every Muazzin out there. May Allah bless each and every one of them.

We humbly ask you to seriously consider our Ashraf for the Umrah trip as he has never been and is so eager to visit. He replicates the Azaan from the Haram Shareef. One can only imagine the feeling it will be for him to actually hear and witness the Azaan in the Haram Shareef first hand.
