½ cup flour
½ cup chana flour
½ cup oil
1 small tin cream
½ cup loosely piled dhunia leaves- chopped
1 tsp each of ground garlic, ground green chillies and salt.
3 eggs
1 tsp baking powder just before baking
Method:
1. Mix all ingredients except the last 2 together and pour into a greased casserole.
2. Just before baking beat the eggs and baking powder together and pour over the lagan.
3. Bake the lagan at 180°C for 30 to 40 minutes.
