500g chicken mince washed and drained
1 onion grated
2 tsps ground dry dhania
1 tsp jeeroo
salt to taste
1 tsp crushed garlic
green chillies to taste
bread crumbs as need
beaten eggs for dipping
Squeeze water out from onion and mix with remaining ingredients. Form into small balls and flatten. Coat in bread crumbs and dip in beaten egg. Fry in shallow oil.
