Easy Non-Flop Jardo Recipe

1 cup rice .. U CAN USE BASMATI OR TASTIC RICE
Boil with a pinch of turmeric until soft
Prepare a syrup with
¾ cup water
1 ¼ cup sugar
Few strands of saffron

Braise in a little ghee. Some sultanas,and 3 whole elachi pods. Add syrup,rice, 1 grated pineapple and 1 tblsp lemon juice.Toss and turn lightly till rice is well coated. Close lid and leave in a moderate oven for 10-15 minutes
