125g butter
1 ½ cups flour
½ tsp salt
½ cup sour
Method:
Cut butter. Into the flour, add the salt and mix together with the sour milk and combine lightly. Divide the dough into 2 parts then wrap each one in cling wrap and chill. Roll out cut as desired and fill with samoosa mince. Brush egg and sprinkle sesame seeds and bake at 180C fro +- 20 minutes.
