First National Bank (FNB) has apologised to customers saying all services affected by a glitch have been restored.
On Friday, customers complained about not being able to withdraw money from ATMs and access the bank’s app, mobile banking and other services.
FNB says that its banking services were affected by an intermittent technical issue that was impacting access to select services.
Spokesperson Peter Alkema says the malfunction took longer than expected to rectify.
“FNB can confirm that access to all its banking services has been fully restored, the bank apologises to impacted customers for the inconvenience caused.”
