Ingredients
1kg Chicken Mince
2/3 slices of Bread soaked in water and then squeezed out.
1 medium grated onion
Salt to taste
Black pepper to taste
Ground green chillies to taste
2tsps Ground Garlic
1tsp Dry Dhania
1tsp Griund Jeeru
Method
1. Mix all above ingredients together
2. Take a small amount of chicken and add a blob of butter
3. Roll into a long roll about 4cm.
4. Put it in a small piece of foil and twist sides like a sweet.
5. Bake in moderate oven 180c for 15/20 minutes or until done.
6. Serve with lemon wedges
