Ingredients
1kg Lamb chops
1tblsp red ginger masala
¼ cup lemon juice
1tsp ground Dhania
1tsp Salt
1 tsp ground Jeeroo
½ tsp fine black pepper
¼ tap arad
¼ cup water.
Batter
1 cup self raising flour
1 small onion grated )Processed
1 small tomato grated )
1 Egg
½ tsp salt
1 tblsp tal (sesame seeds)
½ tsp fine red chillies
2 tblsps freshly chopped greens
Water as required.
Method
- Combine all the ingredients together in a pot and cook over medium heat adding more water if necessary until chops are tender. Allow to cool
- Mix all the ingredients for the batter together in a bowl and mix well, adding just enough water to form a batter of medium consistency.
- Dip the chops in the batter and shallow fry in a non stick frying pan until golden brown on both sides.
