2 cups self rising flour
2 Tbsp oil
1 ½ tsp sugar
½ tsp salt
¾ cup milk & water mix
Ghee
Garlic Butter
Mix flour, oil, sugar and salt in a food processer. Make a soft dough with the milk and water. Cover with cling wrap and leave dough for 1 hour. Divide dough into 8 balls. Roll dough into a thick triangle shape. Heat on stick tava, brush with ghee and cook naan one at a time on both sides. When naan is cooked, brush with garlic butter and wrap in a kitchen cloth.
