1 kg chicken fillet
1 tsp garlic paste
2 tsp ground green chilies
2 Tbsp lemon juice
½ cup garlic sauce
1 cup fat free yoghurt
Salt and pepper to taste
Flatten chicken fillets with a mallet.
Combine garlic paste and green chilies lemon juice and garlic sauce
Marinate fillets overnight.
Add yoghurt, salt, and pepper to taste
Cook on electric frying pan or on a non stick frying pan.
Use any green salad
